If you would like to join Emory Valley Recreation Club as an Owner Member, Fee and Dues are as follows:

Anyone residing in the area bounded by the Oak Ridge Turnpike, Lafayette Drive, South Illinois Avenue, Edgemoor Road, and Melton Lake Drive and the subdivisions accessed from Melton Lake Drive is eligible for owner membership.

Owner Membership Fees    

• • One-time Membership Fee of $300.00. You may elect to pay the entire amount the first year, or pay $150.00 for two years

  • Annual Dues are $460.00 

    • New members have two payment options:

    • 1. Pay the full membership fee and annual dues the first year ($760)

    • 2. Pay the membership fee over two years ($610 per year)

• Owner Members are eligible to serve on the EVRC Board of Directors. Annual Dues are waived during your term of service.
